I have 20 years professional experience

I worked as a family support worker, I have worked with hundreds of women in crisis with mental health, financial difficulties, domestic abuse and low confidence

I am trained in solution focused therapy, freedom program where I facilitated this domestic abuse program to lots of women, I trained as a mental health first aider and therapy for women. I continue to gain knowledge and growing as a woman so I can help women even more.
