How to step into your dream life
Do you find yourself looking at other peoples lives and thinking wow I wish I had that or could do that? Or where you look at a house or holiday and wish you could have it? Well what about if I told you that you could have those things, that you don't dream anymore?
I used to wake up everyday doing the same routine, feeling beyond exhausted with my life where I felt better off not being here anymore, I lost my spark and desire to enjoy life. I was living but not loving to live.
To get to your dream life you need to really be clear on what it is exactly you want, really think of every area of your life and get clear on how you want them to look, feel and be. A place I love to explore with this is Pinterest, get a board and add on everything you love, from holiday destinations, houses, cars, experiences, images that represent health or spirituality. Whatever you desire.
The next thing to do is imagine what it would feel like to have your dream life, how would you feel? how would your energy be? how would you look and what would you do? Now visualise that and then practice stepping into that feeling and stepping into that energy and carry this throughout your day
